Jon Benson is the bestselling author of Fit over 40 and every other day diet. He has some credibility to him but makes some audacious claims. In his Course the 7 minute muscle he claims that you can get a fit , healthy, and muscular body in just 7 minutes a day!
This claim probably seems like a scam but as I am writing this 7 minute muscle review there is some truth in it. Bodybuilding has evolved over the years and people realized that spending hours in the gym working out can be counterproductive.

Bodybuilders and scientists realized that your muscles need to repair itself after every workout. That is why we have “rest days “ so that the muscle recovers. Now although working out 3 times a week may be productive , 7 minutes a day just seems unbelievable.
Although it may seem unbelievable, working out with short bursts of energy may help you achieve massive gains. This is contrary to our thinking as we believe the harder we work the more we will achieve. This is not the case with bodybuilding.

Another shocking claim by Jon Benson is about the 6 meal diet. He says that this is not necessary. Everybody in the health and fitness world knows that 6 meals a day boosts metabolism rapidly but he might have some truth in his approach to dieting.
Jon Benson is also a strong advocate against supplements as he believes that these supplements are owned by greedy corporations that want to steal our hard earned cash. When writing the 7 minute muscle review I vouch for the this claim as I believe most supplements just plain out don’t work.
This course is specifically designed for people who are too busy for conventional diets and workouts. It does however work for anyone that wants to get fit and gain some muscle mass.
My overall 7 minute muscle review comes to the conclusion that this a very unique and controversial product however it seems to be giving people excellent results. My recommendation for this product is to purchase it as an add on to another more foundational course.
