Time For A Family?????

I've always wondered how many of those bodybuilding champions of the world seem to spend time with their families and friends when their muscles seem to have taken so long to build it seems impossible to have another life.

I always watch Dog the bounty hunter on sky when I get a chance and I have to admit that I'd kill for a body like that. He has a family life too but it seems his wife also enjoys bodybuilding so that probably explains it.

What age is too old to work out?

I'm 55 and have always worked out every day since I was 25. I got right into it after my father died and I needed an outlet for my anger. It's become my life and I feel I can never stop now that I've dedicated so much time to it.

I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 16 stone. That's not fat, that's muscle! I feel I'm in excellent health and don't think I can do any damage to myself, but it does make me think every time I hear about people of my age dying on the treadmill or rowing machine of a heart attack, just how much I could be wrong!

Any comments or replies are appreciated but if I'm honest, think it's definitely hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I feel I'd be bored if I didn't have my 4 hour workout every morning lol

Figuring Out Your Ideal Weight

The thing I really hate about building muscle or rather what I hated about it is that your body is constantly changing. I hate to admit it but when I was 14 I used to starve myself because I hated my body so much. I couldn't bare to look at myself in the mirror. I realised later on that year that it wasn't my weight I actually hated but my build.

I used to work out like crazy. Spent days and days in the gym working out. I missed meals, I'd skip classes to go running. I made myself really ill. I was actually doing worse physically working out than I was when I was really thin.

I ended up having to go see a psychiatrist which I will always remember as being the one thing that sorted me out. Now I'm 28 and after finding this site, the small fee was a bargain for this book which shows you how to PROPERLY build muscle healthily. Now that I'm happy with myself and in reasonably good health, this is the perfect guide to help me do it right this time. I build muscle for fun now though, rather than self esteem!

No Longer A Fatso

I used to be a fatso and I am teased a lot because of my fat belly.
However, that did not stop me from enjoying all the fast food stuff I
can eat. However, things changed when I started getting sick, my blood

Tone Me Up!

Initially I purchased this book because I was interested in toning
my body hence body building, which is so unlikely for a woman my age.
Maybe it is not the norm for any lady to want to have six-pack abs.
Then my views regarding bodybuilding changed after reading the Muscle

thought it would only contain about muscle building exercises and
routine, but to my surprise, it even provided information about diet.

I am one fulfilled and satisfied customer. I tried everything
mentioned in the book and its astounding how my body transformed from
reed thin to sculpted abs, defined pecs and strong biceps. This is for
real and I am not exaggerating. I started out being bullied all the

This eBook is superb, definitely! I thought for a long time I would
not find the right resources that is all about muscle building. Then I

building routine. Of course, this cannot replace the information

movie. Man, their bodies are just smoking hot and girls are probably
drooling over them. I said to myself, "I want that kind of body so I
can get more girls to notice me" so I searched over the internet for
resources I could find about muscle building and here I am now raving

informative book is it is so easy to understand. There are no jargons
or whatever you call it that makes no sense but everything is laid
out, straight to the point. You will not have to look for other
