<p>Somebody may decide to skip there workout for a day, that day may turn into one week and that week may mutate to one month. After a few months that person may decide to go back to the gym but then they have already lost momentum.</p>

<p>When you want to know how to get motivated to exercise  you must realize that momentum is the key. Whenever you lose momentum you put yourself at risk of giving up and that’s what ends up happening with most people.</p>
<p>So the question is how do I gain momentum? Its easy, just take consistent action. The more action that you take the more momentum you build up. The more momentum you build up the more motivated you become. It’s a cycle that propels you to success.</p>
<p>There are 3 components when learning how to get motivated to exercise and that is, A Goal, A Plan, and Massive Action.  I will briefly explain each one.</p>

<p>You may have heard about goal setting a million times but its what every successful person does. When setting a goal make sure its descriptive  and clear. For example “I want to lose fat” is not a clear and focused goal.  A better goal would be “I want to lose 20 pounds of fat in 3 month”. This goal is much more clearer and you have an idea on how to measure it.</p>
<p>Once  you have your goal in place you must have plan  and measurement tool to track your results. Your plan must contain the essential steps to reach your goal and learning how to get motivated to exercise .  For example the step that must be taken to reach the  goal above is:-</p>
<p>Join a gym</p>
<p>Read  a book on Bodybuilding</p>
<p>Change Diet</p>
<p>Seek out Other bodybuilders that can help you</p>
<p>Avoid friends that put you off from working out</p>
<p>Within your plan you must track down your results so that you know whatever you doing is working. For example you may weigh yourself every 2 weeks and and write down your results. You may also use a skin caliper to check your body fat percentage. With these two measuring tools you will notice whether or  not your strategy is working. If its not working change your approach.</p>
<p>The final step when learning how to get motivated to exercise is hardcore massive action. Massive action requires an inner drive that gets you moving to the gym even if you don’t feel like going. This drive may be unique for each person, for example a middle aged man that wants to live for a long time so that he can see his grandchildren growing up. It may be a young man that wants to build muscles to attract girls.</p>

<p>I believe that one reason that’s the same for all of us is time. We don’t have a long time to live so we need to make choices right  now. URGENCY  needs to be the  drive that gets us going to the gym.</p>

<p>Having big strong calves is not only important when competing for competitions but also important in supporting a symmetrical physique.  In order to develop your calves you must use heavier weights, and train them in different angles in order to shock them into growth.</p>
<p>The calves have within them 3 different muscles which are:-</p>
<p><strong>Gastrocnemius</strong>- The function of this muscle is plantar flexion (elevating the heel). Without this muscle, it would be very hard to walk normally since you would not be able to push off the ball of your foot.</p>
<p><strong>Soleus- </strong>The function of this muscle is basically the same as the gastrocnemius in that its job is to raise the heel. The only real difference between the two is that the soleus comes into play when the knee is bent (for example during seated calf raises).</p>
<p><strong>Plantaris- </strong>This is a very weak muscle but does help aid in raising the heel (plantar flexion).</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>The key when building calf muscles is to realize that you need to work all 3 of those muscles in order to see any real benefit. Don’t worry once you apply the exercises below you will know how to get bigger calf muscles in no time.</p>

<p>Hold the position for 2 seconds before going down again. Go back slowly to the start position. Do 3 sets of 8 reps.</p>
<p><strong>Seated Barbell calf raises</strong></p>
<p>Place a block about 12 inches in front of a flat bench. Sit on the bench and  place the ball of your feet on the block. Start the exercise by asking someone to place a barbell over your upper thighs and hold it there.</p>
<p>After a second contraction go back slowly to starting position. Do 3 sets of 12 reps each. This exercise is excellent when learning how to get bigger calves.</p>

<p>Again exercise is only one part of the equation when know how to get bigger calves. Diet plays  a major role as well. Your body needs to break down muscle and then repaired with protein in order for you to get larger muscles.</p>

<p>Repeat this exercise for 50 reps with each set. You should do 3 sets.</p>

<p>For this exercise curl your body forward with your right elbow moving towards your left knee. Then move your left elbow towards your right knee. Knees must move towards your elbow at the same time as you move your own elbow. Make sure you crunch your abs during the move.</p>
<p>You can do 50 reps for each set. Do 3 sets.</p>
<p>• <strong>Incline Board</strong> – Make sure head is elevated and repeat the exercise as decline board crunches. This exercise is not really a repeat it just works the abs differently.</p>
<p>• <strong>Roman Chair Sit-Ups</strong> – When using the Roman chair there is support for your legs. Do slow situps on the chair.</p>
<p>Do 10 reps a set. You can do 3 sets.</p>
<p>• <strong>Roman Chair Back Raises</strong> – Assume the reverse position from situps. Lower your head towards the floor and then elevate upper body while contracting lower back muscles.</p>
<p>Do 10 reps a set . Do 3 sets.</p>
<p>• <strong>Leg Raises</strong> – Lie face up on a mat with your arms at your sides. Keep your legs straight. Raise your slowly and steadily about 3 feet of the ground. Hold that position for about 5 seconds then lower and reapeat.</p>
<p>Do 20 reps a set for 3 sets.</p>
<p>• <strong>Compound Leg Raises</strong> – Lay faceup on a mat with your arms on your side. Keep your legs straight. Raise legs about 2 feet of the ground. Separate your feet until they about 3 feet apart. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Bring your feet back together. Lower feet and repeat for about 20 reps a set. Do this for 3 sets.</p>
<p><strong>Diet</strong></p>

<p>To begin this exercise, lie flat on a bench with your feet squarely apart. You must then grip the bar at double shoulder width. Make sure you then lower the bar slowly and steadily, pause and then return to overhead.</p>
<p>Your first set should be a warmup using medium weight and about 8-10 reps. You then go into full swing using the maximum weight that you can handle for about 8-10 reps a set.</p>
<p>To avoid injury do not bounce the weight off your chest. Make sure your movements are slow and steady. Do not arch your back or lift your buttocks off the bench because this may put strain on your neck and cause injury.</p>

<p>This claim probably seems like a scam but  as I am writing this 7 minute muscle review there is some truth in it. Bodybuilding has evolved over the years and people realized that spending hours in the gym working out can be counterproductive.</p>

<p>Bodybuilders and scientists realized that your muscles need to repair itself after every workout. That is why we have “rest days “ so that the muscle recovers. Now although working out 3 times a week may be productive , 7 minutes a day just seems unbelievable.</p>
<p>Although it may seem unbelievable, working out with short bursts of energy may help you achieve massive gains. This is contrary to our thinking as we believe the harder we work the more we will achieve. This is not the case with bodybuilding.</p>

<p>Another shocking claim by Jon Benson is about the 6  meal diet. He says that this is not necessary. Everybody in the health and fitness world knows that 6 meals a day boosts metabolism rapidly but he might have some truth in his approach to dieting.</p>

<p>Jon Benson  is also a strong advocate against supplements as he believes that these supplements are owned by greedy corporations that want to steal our hard earned cash. When writing the 7 minute muscle review I vouch for the this claim as I believe most supplements just plain out don’t work.</p>

<p>This course is specifically designed for people who are too busy for conventional diets and workouts.  It does however work for anyone that wants to get fit and gain some  muscle mass.</p>

<p>My overall 7 minute muscle review comes to the conclusion that this a very unique and controversial product however it seems to be giving people excellent results. My recommendation for this product is to purchase it as an add on to another more foundational course.</p>
