Standing Barbell Curls

For this exercise stand with your feet a shoulder width apart. Using a underhand grip grab a straight bar. Hands should also be shoulder width apart. The bar must be hanging down at arms length. Keep your elbows close to your body curl the bar up.

Just focus on your bicep muscles on lifting the weight up in an arcing movement. Lower the bar back to its starting position. Do 3 sets of 8 reps.

 

Preacher EZ Barbell Curl

This is one of the best exercises when learning how to get big biceps fast. To begin the exercise  sit behind a preacher bench with your hands on an EZ curl bar. Make sure that you undergrip the bar about a shoulders length and lean into the preacher stand.

Press your chest against the bench with your arms extending over it. Lift the bar slowly until it touches your bicep. Make sure that your elbows don’t move.

Make sure that you flex on top and don’t hyperextend elbows at bottom. Do 3 sets of 8 reps.

 

Standing dumbbell curls

For this exercise underhand grip on heavy dumbbells. Keep your palms facing forward and curl dumbbells up . Keep your elbows still and to the side.
