Perform three sets of each of these exercises

 

Roman Chair Sit-Ups – This is a special chair with no back that allows you to hook your legs up under the rung . You then do situps to build up abs and you then do backbends for lower back muscles. This exercise is essential when learning how to get six pack abs fast.

Incline Board Crunches – This is a partial sit up where you raise your head and shoulders slightly while contracting your abs forcefully.

• Supine Crunches –For this exercise you can do it on bench or mat. Lift your legs and bend it in a 90 degree angle. Place your hands behind your head and crunch abs while touching your left elbow to right knee and then reverse.

Dumbbell Side-Bends – This exercise can be done seated on standing using one dumbbell. Lower the weight at arms length and then return to upright. Alternate sides with 20 reps a side.

Pull-Up Bar Leg Raises – Keep your hands widely placed on the chinup bar. Slowly raise legs and bring knees up to your chest. Lower your legs and now repeat.

Parallel Bar Dip Machine Knee-Ups – Your forearms should be resting on either side of the dip bar. You should then raise your knees to your waist level.
